Privacy
This page describes what this website actually does. It is not legal advice.
Q&A registration
The Q&A form collects your email and your consent to receive the stream link and two reminders. We store that signup so a failed email can be retried, and so a second signup does not send a second set of reminders. Rose at the school gets one notice. Resend sends the mail. Records are kept until 30 days after the October 28, 2026 event, then deleted. The confirmation email has a link to cancel reminders and remove the record sooner. You can also send the school a message and ask for deletion.
Applications
The application form collects your name, email, state or province, message, whether you can legally work in Canada, the United States, or both, and consent to be contacted. We store it only so a failed email to Rose can be retried. It is not a public list and it does not start a reminder series.
Measurement
We use PostHog to count visits. In most of Canada and the US it's on when you arrive, and you can tap Deny on the banner to switch it off. If you're in Quebec, the EU, the UK, or Switzerland, if we can't tell where you are, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it stays off until you tap Allow. We check your rough location from your connection only to make that call, and we don't store it. You can change your choice any time with Privacy settings in the footer. Denying or withdrawing stops PostHog. The pages, the forms, and the booking calendar still work. PostHog is in its own Discovery Tech project, session replay is off, and we do not send your name or email to PostHog.
